i agree to pay 50% of the commission price up front. i understand that no drawing will be started until the intital deposit is paid. once the drawing is finished, amanda will send a photo for approval. i understand that the remaining 50% of the commission price is due after approval, and must be paid before the final drawing is released to me.*
